During Non-Peak Season: A credit/debit card deposit of $25 per guest, is required to reserve boarding.  

This is a non-refundable deposit that is applied (credited) to your final statement at the end of your guests stay.  The deposit in non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled at any time after the reservation has been made.  It is the Owners responsibility to contact the Kennel for Peak Season periods, as they fluctuate yearly.

  Shorting Your Reservation

Customers who short a reservation after drop off will be charged for the full reservation. Just like a hotel, all pets staying past our (1PM) checkout will be charged for that day. It's a (2) Day Charge for Guests that stay Saturday-Sunday. 

Pet Shots / Vaccinations

Are your pets shot up to date? We require evidence from a veterinarian of vaccinations prior to the arrival of each pet. If you are new to our kennel, we also require a pet information and kennel contract to be filled out prior to your pets stay.  Those forms can be found on our downloads page and uploaded here, by clicking the File Upload button above.

If you are unsure about your reservation commitment during these tumultuous, we ask that you call (410) 827-9474 (especially during the months of April - June) to make a reservation.  Please do not use our online reservation form (Below) unless your are 100% sure about your reservation commitment.
