Whether your new to Wye River Kennel or have boarded with us before and have a new 4 legged family member, please download and fill out the form prior to your arrival. Forms can either be submitted electronically or dropped of at arrival.
KENNEL CONTRACT
In compliance with the state of Maryland, our kennel contract legally ensures the safety and security of your pet(s) during their stay at Wye River Kennel. In order to expedite your check-in process, we ask that this and all forms be filled out in their entirety, prior to check in. Forms can either be submitted electronically or dropped of at arrival.
PLEASE NOTE:
Both forms above, can be downloaded, signed and submitted digitally. Simply download the form to your computer, open it, fill it out, save it and email it to us at wyeriverkennel@aol.com, or include it with your online reservation.
If you have never boarded with Wye River Kennel, and this will be your first time boarding with us, we kindly ask that you download both forms above and fill them out in their entirety, prior to your arrival. - Thank you
