Unlike most kennels, we don't believe in over charging our customers for their pets happiness.  All dogs enjoy walks and/or outdoor playtime for free at Wye River Kennel!

Due to the playfull and un-trained nature of most puppies, we require that all puppies (18 months and younger) receive a bath prior to departure.

PLEASE NOTE:

Customers who short a reservation after drop off will be charged for the full reservation. Just like a hotel, all pets staying past our (1PM) checkout will be charged for that day. It's a (2) Day Charge for Guests that stay Saturday-Sunday. 

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION
POLICY

MAKING A RESERVATION

Non Peak Season reservations require a $25.00 deposit per pet to hold the reservation. Accepted forms of payment are MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled at any time after the reservation was made.
 
Peak Season reservations require a two-night minimum stay as well as a $50.00 deposit per pet to hold the reservation. The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled at any time after the reservation was made.

WE MAKE IT AS CONVENIENT AS POSSIBLE TO PAY FOR YOUR PETS STAY.

  • We accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard & Discover Card
  • Full payment is required when shorting reservations after drop-off.
  • To ensure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit ($25 Per Pet Non-Peak Season & $50 Per Pet Peak Season) will be required. (This deposit is taken off the total bill amount upon departure.)
  • Return Check Fee is $25.00.
